Lay offs getting worse?
I heard on the radio this morning that the companies are trying to manipulate the workers that they currently have. A guy called in to say that he had been efficient enough, so his boss decided to fire 3 other employees, giving him their past work loads. Efficiency? Or just another way to burn out the employees faster? You tell me...
