'Teristar 'is defining a new scenario in mobile communications.

The largest commercial satellite was launched successfully on Tuesday.
The satellite will provide mobile and satellite phone service in US.

Mobile service provider 'Teristar' company announced the above matter.

The 6910 kg weighted ' Teristar -1 'is the largest satellite and is launched from French Guyana's Kauru space center.

The satellite will provide audio, and video services in US .
It's 20 long antennas are capable of sending the satellite signals to the cell phone.

'Teristar' is going to start this service at the end of this year.

If the mobile phone remaining outside of coverage area ,the customer will be able to receive and send the voice, e - mail and data sharing services,through out the US.

'Teristar 'chief technical officer Matheson Dennis said, we are defining a new scenario in mobile communications.

Maybe good to get the movies on a cell phone. I don't have one because Smart, Globe and Sun Celular cell phone companies are stealing millions in value back from the consumers. Philippine government is currently holding an inquiry into their corruption and are going to take them all to court for prosecution for possible closure and revocation of their license to operate. It bears watching because there's less than a year to go for the next Philippine elections. 5/7/2009.
