Salvage victim dumped along Quiapo
Manila, Philippines--A man who was dumped along the Quezon Boulevard underpass in Quiapo was believed to be a summary execution victim.
Radio report of dwIZ said that the Manila Police District (MPD) believes that it was "salvage" since the victim was found in a black garbage bag, where his head was tightly wrapped with a packaging tape. They saw several stabs and wounds all over the victim’s body.
Police where not able to identify the body, as of posting time.
