Waaay back in early May (2009) Twitter announced that it was making several updates, and one of them was a reputation ranking system. Since then I have not heard anything about this....

    Ha, well I don't know about that ...but I do wish they would hurry up, and I hope that they do not leave the ranking system as only quantitative metrics ...and do incorporate community aspects.
