Interesting that when there were anti-government protests in Iran there was wall to wall coverage and plenty of amateur video that managed to make it to CNN and other US stations. With the Honduran protests there is almost silence. In fact the only video I have seen is of a pro-government rally. Imagine if CNN showed only pro-Ahmadinejad rallies!
Some Spanish language TV stations have much better coverage including I am told CNN. Here are a couple of links to protest coverage

Thanks, northsunm32--excellent observations! You're doing great work on Allvoices. This report really is the work of my former colleague, not mine to claim. I really trust this guy. He's smart and well educated. A clear-headed thinker. Not one to make rash judgments or be impulsive.

    Thanks for the media links!

Yes, why so little coverage. Is this not considered serious enough to warrant it, perhaps?

I'm so skeptical of mainstream media news that I get seek almost all my news coverage from independent sources these days. Seems to me that a military coup in our hemisphere ought to garner significant mainstream media interest. Thanks for your observation, Vernon.
