Comments Related To: Loud Sex Leads to Assault Charge for Four Teens, Police Say

Well, this is an embarassing situation for the daughter, the mother, the man and the girl's friends. Sadly, the girl and her friends have to be guilty of the charges of assault because they did attack the man. Usually when these kinds of things happen, I think of what could've been done to prevent the event from occuring. My parents raised me to always always learn from my mistakes, so that's just how I usually approach happenings, but I'm not quite sure what could've been done here. The mother wasn't going to tell her daughter that she was about to have sex. The daughter was just worried about her mother. Her friends were being loyal companions. People could say that the mother should have been quieter or the friends should have thought about their actions before breaking out in violence, but all in all, I believe this was just an incredibly unfortunate event.


Then again, it could be a more complicated matter. Perhaps, the daughter gravely dislikes the man and wanted an excuse to harm him. Perhaps, the man really did attack the mother, but the mother is in an abusive relationship and does not realize or want to admit it. This case is either one of a simple misunderstanding or one of deeper implications and will probably be investigated further.

I think the daughter was looking for a reason to do it. I can't be positive of course, but I think a 16 yr. old girl is much more likely to call the police if she truly thought her mom was being assaulted rather than wait around for her friends to show to beat him up. Her mom's boyfriend is 25. The daughter is 16. Mom is obviously a Cougar and tell me what 16 yr. old kid is gonna like the 25 yr.old porking their mom. She might as well be doing one of her kids friends. No telling what actually happened. Only those present can be sure.

Laughing!!!!! That is sad, but somehow quite comical in the same token.

It was probably an honest mistake. Probably. I hope. It could be the way aquamarina is describing it of course, in fact is likely to be that way. But there is always the possibility that the daughter is actually caring and didn't want to get the police involved in a potentially embarrassing situation. Though why she would call her friends with baseball bats is questionable.

Revenge maybe? Might be that the 25 year old was the 16 year old's old flame. Never know!

wow this is confusing, but did the mother did confess that there was a slap and maybe that did make her scream. maybe the daughter has been witnessing this 25 years old physically abuse her mom and then decided for revenge and in all of this the 25 years old guy actually needs to be punished! maybe........
