Baghdad : Iraq | 5 months ago
Views: 18

Despite violence, starting Tuesday, all but a small amount of American soldiers will have left Baghdad and other urban areas.

Iraqi soldiers and police security is still largely untested as a fighting force alone but American soldiers feel they are up to the task after years of training. President Barack Obama insists there's no turning back. This brings him closer to fulfilling his campaign promise to end this war.
