I would have more faith in him if he ran his Committee with conviction instead of being told or influenced by people such as Nancy Pelosi.
I am curious what made him change his mind from wanting to hold hearings on ACORN to giving in to the powers that be. Who the hell are the powers that be? It just sounds like somone got a hold of him and told you can't do this, ACORN is a big weapon in our arsenal and if you start with these hearings, people will begin to ask more questions.

If I was to be honest, I would say that every honest politician in the US is now subject to and a victim of the direst kinds of manipulation by interests that i (we) have absolutely no clue of. I am not given to conspiracy theories about Freemasons, Illuminati or global banker cartels, however I do see a concerted effort by people trained to think in a certain institutionalised way, who have connections in government from before, or with big money from before, to control what the American people do and how they think. One can see it in the latest reactions to Iran, which are so devoid of reason and honest analysis that one wonders that the regime hasn't been attacked yet. I have no real idea who the powers that be are, But I feel that there is a comprehensive effort underway to manipulate America and the people, and eventually the world, to achieve a certain political state in which certain people and their interests and families (the global elite as it were) remain absolutely supreme. I do not know why they would want that but there it is. Someone like Nancy Pelosi is in effect insignificant in the greater scheme of power that is going on behind the scenes.That's my personal take on it. Sounds kind of nuts.
