    There are numerous rehabilitative prison techniques being used around the world that can make prisoners productive and cooperative parts of society again. These techniques are being put into practice in places in Europe and include limited community interaction, social activities and creative outlets for prisoners.
    Rape is just an expression of frustration and anger on the part of people who seek to dominate and express their power over others. Remove the urge to dominate by giving space for creative and constructive work and rape will become less of a problem.
