Iranian Woman Describes Her Beating by Paramiltary

A 19 year old girl from Iran was brutally beaten and hurt by paramilitary forces. The woman tricked the paramilitary troopers into believing that she had given them the chip from her camera containing photographs of the events unfolding. However, she escaped with the photographs and turned them over to officials at CNN, which will likely incriminate Iranian officials and government. While she was walking with a group of other protesters, police told them to turn around and when they did not they were hit and beaten by clubs and stones. The woman claimed that if she was going to go down she was going to die fighting

This statement from this young women is the way most Iranian people feel about the current debacle that surrounds what many believe to be a set up election where popular candidate Mir Hossein Moussavi had no chance of winning thanks to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei who many believe is lying about the results of the election. The Iranian people are not solely mad at the fact that they wanted Mir Hossein Moussavi to win the election and be their president moving forward, but they are even more enraged that the Iranian government and Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei claim that the election was fair when the entire people of Iran know it was not. The Iranian people are out not for blood or vengeance but for justice.
