Apple iPhone 3.0 OS has ultimately arrived with much more features as compared to its predecessors. This 3.0 OS can even make even the iPhones which were even 2 years old into a brand new one.
Once the new Apple 3.o OS is loaded into the iPhone it becomes faster in snapping photos and sending messages. But beware that any os slows down with the passage of tume.
The Apple iPhone 3.0 OS has added feature of search capabilities. Apple added Spotlight a system wide search bar that you can access by swiping to the left of the primary spring board screen or by pressing the home button twice slowly. A search bar appears on the top of the blank black screen and you can type in a word to perform the search operation.
Apple also has added mail search application which helps you to search through e-mails which are still in the server and not downloaded by the iPhone.
Apple 3.0 OS has made the functions of cut/ copy/ paste extremely user friendly. To apply this function you have to simply double tap on a screen where you want to copy some text. A bubble appears asking you whether you want to cut or copy. A box encapitulates the area you tapped. Drag the corners of the box to cover the area you wish to copy. To paste you launch the app at the app at the area you want to paste. Double tap again and hit paste.
Apple 3.0 OS has added a landscape mode to its iPhone e-mail, SMS and Notes applications.
The iPhone 3.0 also comes with a voice memo audio recorder. You can record and play the songs in MPEG-4 and alka . mp4a formats.
In the SMS app you now have the option to delete or forward selected text messages from contacts.
Further you need not wait for the finish option while sending e-mails. The e-mail app takes care of it by sending the mails in the order requested.
