NASA carried out one more launch to map the surface of the Moon and search for water – it was an unmanned Atlas rocket. The objective is to send astronauts once again to the Moon in 2020. The journey to the Moon would take around four days. The Project Manager said that the knowledge on Moon is far less as compared to what is available for Mars, hence the curiosity. The probe would try to locate minerals, make detailed maps of the temperature, identify locations on the surface that experiences maximum sunlight and chart the topography. NASA expects future expeditions to have more members and remain there for longer periods. The landing sites might be chosen as the Polar Regions which might reveal sources of frozen water.

That's great. There probably is a lot out there in space that we can't even imagine. I look forward to hearing about what they discover during their trip.

How much more NASA is gonna bribe American public off their hard-earned money. I heard a while back the 'ld *arts at Congress got mad and were about to stop funding to NASA when yuppie they pulled out the lie of finding life on Mars! They can excite nymphy teens with this new mission - but not a seasoned old analyst.

    G'day mate!
