One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind. Not really, but at least Obama is willing to recognise that gay rights and civil partnerships/marriages have a legal standing and should be legislated for. Homosexual couples are as much people as anyone else and if they have to raise children and have families, then the legal benefits of marriage should extend to them so they can do the best job possible. - ReplyPosted By

ONe great thing the Homosexual population has done is make way for partner benefits for straight and gay alike. My girlfriend and I share some partner benefits so thank you Gay population!
