A new turning in the progress of india pak relation happened when President of pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and indian Prime Minister Manhohan met on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit here on Tuesday.Both agreed that their foreign secretaries would meet on "mutually convenient dates" to be followed by an other meeting of the two leaders on the sidelines of the Non-Alligned Movement summit in Egypt in July.Both will discuss the common matters of both countries issues like terrorism and extremism and then finally both leader will meet at "Sharm-el-sheikh(Egypt),This meeting of both leaders has given a new life to dead dialogue and now both government will do more work for further progress on common issues solution so that people of south asia would get peace security development ,foreign minister of pakistan said this .He said that president of pakistan has expressed that india would enter a new era and the existing outstanding issues and disputes, including Jammu and Kashmir, would be resolved. President Zardari and Prime Minister Singh are in Russia to attend as observers the summit of SCO that groups China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. The two leaders last met in Sept 2008 on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session in New York.—Newspaper of both countries gave special coverage and importance of this meeting and it is being said that this meeting will put a very strong foundation for both countries future relation.
