I saw the movie BLACKHAWK DOWN but I don't think Somalia to be the next
war against terror. That will fall to North Korea at any day. War on Terror will begin very soon against Kim JOng Il. 16/6/2009.

Hi James... It’s a little surprising that as you are mentioning Mehsud, Pakistani government has announced that they will be going after him now.
I wish them best of luck.

But kindly let me clear that in my opinion, Baitullah Mehsud and Taliban are two different entities and they have totally different motives for armed resistance. They have conflicts between them that are hard for them to ignore.

Also Baitullah Mehsud possess strong presence in Afghanistan, but at the same time I must say that it would be ridiculous to compare them a trained government army. They had been surviving this long mainly because of the local support they enjoy but I believe this is eroding off in the current scenario very fast.
BTW, my knowledge about Baitullah Mehsud is well below par.. so i was just trying to express myself above .. he he

But Secondly... the drone attacks, is one major issue that is actually helping Taliban by creating anger toward US forces. Because most of the time civilian deaths are common. Women and children are killed in almost each and every attack. We all know that Pakistani government has done a under the table deal about these attacks, but I firmly believe that there attack should be stopped.

Sadly speaking when an American dies, it’s a disaster but when we die, it’s only a statistic.

    Regards,
    Joji

Joji is right to some extent esp. when he talks about U.S.drone attacks in Pakistani territory very often kill innocent women and children, whereas even if a single army person is killed from Nato troops ,there is a great hue and cry about it.
