Wichai Tao, 24, a trader of old goods, got the rarest of opportunity to marry his childhood loves (yes, two of them simultaneously), the gorgeous twins, Ms Thipawan and Ms Sirintara. At the grand ceremony organised to solemnise the marraige, the youngster was quick to vouch his most sincere 'equal love' for both the twins.
The threesome had grown up together as the best of friends since their childhood when Wichai used to live in the twins' neighbourhood and would often have difficulty in deciding which of the sisters he fancied more. The answer he would get, straight from his heart, each time he mulled an answer to the question was that he adored them BOTH!!??
The threesome dated together for three long years, until the man could not fathom his frustration any more and proposed to the twins together, 'I love you and want to marry you BOTH''. No, he did not get a slap on his face from either of the girls for his act, but to his pleasantest of surprise, both gave a simultaneous 'aye'!
As it turned out the girls had secretly nursed the ambition of having a common husband and admit to having talked to each other about their "take us both, or leave us (both)" policy.
As the wedding ceremony came to a close, a reporter who gathered the courage to pose the mouth-watering query:-
"And.... what are the sleeping arrangements Mr Wichai?" got a matter-of-fact, "Absolutely no problems! For the first three nights of the week, I will sleep with Ms Thipawan and the next three will be spent with Ms Sirintara. As for every Saturday, the three of us will sleep together" for an answer together with a beaming smile.
Mr Wichai had paid 80,000 baht in cash and eight baht of gold to each sister as dowry in an engagement ceremony prior to the marraige and won over the hands of both of his lovely ladies.
Marraige might have brought double the joy for Wichai. But, is it half the happiness for the women involved? How long would the 'honeymoon' last for the threesome? These are just a couple of questions I'm throwing at you all.
Your views are welcome on these or any other questions the news story may throw at you!!
