I am Engr. Imran Riaz S/O Muhammad Riaz from Mirpur A.K.I want your attention towards AJK Judiciary System. Its not free and fair.All decions are made by the will AJK Govt. And the people who are in oppsition at one time face a lot of difficulties from Judiciary. I am telling you this matter only because of MUST Universty issue. Here all the appointments are made on Govt. influence. No merit is considered. A poor person with strong education can not get job in MUST Mirpur AJK . But people who have strong political influence with much poor academic record(which is not eligible for applying) are getting permanent jobs.
Sir please please and please look this matter and give jusitce to the Kashmiries. The major blander in MUST is that our Vice Chancellor is not fulfilling the HEC Criteria .He is only having MS degree as higher qualification. Registrar and Director Finance (BPS-21) both are real brother .They are appointed by this VC who is himself not on merit and he appointed them only because they belongs to his family.

I work in a bank.I want tell you what is happening in banking with employes . We have no lunch break. there is no time limit when we have to leave the bank in the evening. timings have been increased so long that for a person a human being has become donkeys. Allied Bank has increased its timings from 9 am to 8 pm in the night. we are human beings sir and we also need rest. All banks have started nonstop banking.I want to ask where are the labour laws in this country? Bank timings should be 9am to maximum 4'o clock. we also want give time to our families. we cant do any work during the week. we cant attend any function in the evening. lives have become miserable and so much tensed for Bank emloyees specially. Please sir Help us the bankers.Please force the organisations to strictly observe labour laws for timings, for lunch break atleast 45 minutesin which banks should be closed, for prayer breaks, and if there is late sitting after the bank timings or any organization wheather private or multinational late sitting should be paid in hourly rates. There is no time limits to leave the office in the evening but the person who sits late in the office he is taken as hardworking guy the stupid thinking in pakistan.

make it compulsary for all organizations to strictly observe timings.We are human beongs not donkeys.

Sir all the junior teachers have availed illegal selection grades and taking big salaries per month, while the senior teachers are left behind due to those black sheep teachers, even though the honest and senior teachers have the right to avail this selection grade. But accounts officers and the DDOs are getting bribe of Rs.50000 for this purpose.
It is quite clear that in this way, millions of rupees per month have been taken illefgally by those corrupt teachers.
Hence I humbly request your kind hoonour to arrange a special team to check the service books and pay bills of all the teachers and also take immediate severe disciplinary actions against all those corrupt involved teachers, DDOs and account officers.
Further sir, I can not submit my personal data, because it wwould be a matter of enmity of those corrupt teachers to me.
Sir, only a single letter by you to the accountss officers or the DDOs would do a lot to stop this corruption.
