Edward Nalbandian: "The Baku right hand does not know what a left hand."

Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian expressed surprise recent statements inner circle of President of Azerbaijan Ilham AliyevIlham Aliyev reportedly on the destructive position of Armenia, taken during the negotiations on the summit in Prague and St. Petersburg.

«It seems that in Baku the right hand does not know what a left hand, or in this environment, there are serious differences», said today in Yerevan, the head of the Armenian Foreign Ministry.

He recalled that after the St. Petersburg Summit, the Foreign Ministers of both countries on behalf of the president declared the media that the talks were held in a constructive atmosphere and the positive progress.

«Those involved in the negotiation process, and advised us not to pay attention to these statements, because of their carelessness», said Nalbandian. He expressed confidence that «the escalation of these frivolous allegations of trends in the pattern indicates that Azerbaijan is negotiating not for the sake of results, and other purposes».
