Beware Puppy Seekers using OC Craigslist.

If you are yearning for a puppy and you are using Craigslist to find one, watch out. There is a regular poster who is getting puppies from other Craigslist posters (usually in Inland Empire) for free or next to nothing. She then reposts the puppy on Orange County Craigslist for $85.00, claiming that they have had their first shots. She's lying.

This is what I can tell you about this woman. She asks that you not reply to the ad using email, but to call her at an area code 949 number. She says she'll meet you half way anytime day or night to sell you the puppy. For some reason her price is always $85.00. The location on her ads is Mission Viejo.

If you respond to an ad and you find that this is what you are seeing or hearing, take note; your puppy does not have its first shots. You are being had.
