Biological terrorism is beyond troubling. However, will a border wall or fence prevent germs from entering the country? And neither does it solve the problem of illegal immigration, since 75% of the people who are currently in the US illegally actually arrived legally, then simply overstayed their visas.

A border wall provides politicians with the image that they are doing something to address problems. Meanwhile it creates other serious problems, including environmental problems, at a price tag of $10 Million/mile, totaling into the hundreds of billions.

Rather than fences or walls, I support comprehensive immigration reform. However, I realize that won't prevent the possibility of biological warfare, either.
