Indonesian cans not detection 85% of their suffered HIV/AIDS peoples.

Like other countries in Africa, Indonesia is one of the Asian countries are hard to stop the spreading of the HIV/AIDS epidemic across Indonesia. Ten years ago, the acceleration of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Indonesia mostly driven primarily by intravenous drug users and commercial sex workers, but the current epidemic places Indonesia’s youth at increasing risk.

According to report by UNICEF Indonesia, by 2010, an estimated 110,000 people in Indonesia will be suffering or will have died from AIDS and another million will be HIV-positive.

Can we controlled and ability to slower the spreading of the HIV/AIDS in Indonesia in the near future. Too difficult. ‘’We can not detection 85% of the other Indonesian peoples whose has already suffering the HIV/AIDS diseases,’’ said National Aids Prevention Commission Bodies report on Thursday, June 4, 2009.

If we count base on the end of 2007 estimated that around 270,000 peoples living with HIV/AIDS. That is meaning that more than 1 million Indonesian suffering and will have died from AIDS and another more than 5 million will be HIV-positive. Bali has the second highest number of HIV/AIDS cases in Indonesia after Papua.

In Bali, 34 out of every 100,000 people have the HIV/AIDS virus. In Papua has the figure is 129 people per 100,000. The number of people living with HIV/AIDS (ODHA) in Jambi has increased by more than 350 percent, with 953 people reported last year compared with 262 people in the previous year. Why HIV/AIDS is spread across Indonesia like Domino theory. Because, first the authority, like the local policeman and persecutors sometimes are also involved in drug business while the highest incidence of HIV/AIDS infections in Indonesia is among injecting drug users and follow through unsafe sex, needle-sharing and blood transfusions, as well as passing from pregnant women to their babies.

That is why current Transparent International Indonesia (TII) states that the law and prosecutors and police department are the most corrupt institution in Indonesia. Indonesian readers still remembering that in the end Indonesian prosecutors women’s Esther Tanak (40) and Prosecutor officer Dara Veranita whose has been a suspect to sell narcotics were release from Jakarta prison, on April 9, 2009, while local Police officer Irvan who have the same suspect continuing his trial in the court.

The second danger is thorough unsafe sex. The Bali has the second highest number of HIV/AIDS cases in Indonesia after Papua. Of course Bali is the first Indonesian window for the million of foreign tourist who’s coming to Bali every day. We can not control it in strictly way. Papua, mostly effect the peoples who still uneducated peoples who do not know much how danger is the diseases of HIV/AIDS. We still have an ability to control the HIV/IDS in Bali and Papua. But, the real indirection HIV/AIDS spreading are in across big cities and small cities across Indonesia.

That is why National Aids Prevention Commission Bodies said about 85% of other Indonesia peoples are really has already suffered indirection of HIV/AIDS. Mostly Indonesian and tourist do unsafe sex transaction in some hotels, cottage, and brothels houses, and traditional messages houses. Just look at the some hotels in big cities in Surabaya for examples, every night the women escort will knock your room hotels door to ask that you needs an escort or other services such as messages.

Other places mostly in traditional messages houses services which rise tremendously in the big cities to small cities across Indonesia. Instead they use advertise posters in the front of their houses is only traditional messages which mostly for one hour we should pay between Rp 25.000 to Rp 50.000 per hour, but if you as for additional sex services, you could have a charge sex services between Rp 100.000 to Rp 500.000. It’s depend the messages houses services location. If the location around the Mangga Besar street in West Jakarta areas, the charge are more higher, because the women escort messages not only came from Indonesian, but some times foreigners messages workers who will charges you more than Rp 1 million an hour.

Imagine that, there are thousands of similar messages houses services across Indonesia. So, that is why the government are too difficult to detect the other HIV/AIDS suffering. While HIV prevalence among pregnant women who underwent testing is under 3 per cent, reliable data for the general population is lacking. Stigma, discrimination and ignorance are major barriers. In 2003, a third of young women and a fifth of young men in the 15-24 years age group had never heard of HIV/AIDS. The situation is worsened further by low access to anti-retroviral drugs.

According to the UNICEF Indonesia, trends indicate that Indonesia is at risk from a larger scale epidemic in the near future. The alarming increase in HIV infection among high-risk groups in several parts of the country is one indication of a potential increase across the country. Raising awareness and knowledge of this communicable disease, primarily through public education and advocacy, is crucial to the chances of stopping the spread of the epidemic. Otherwise, prevailing stigmas, discrimination and ignorance will remain major hurdles to any preventative effort.

That is the problem with too much freedom and unprotected sex. Like once
in Australia I had a girlfriend I was engaged to, she had a horse on some
woman's property and went with her bicycle every day. One evening she came home and went out with some friends to a dance where everybody got
drunk and danced nude. She was easy to get sex from when drunk and people
took advantage of her. Two months later she developed warts around and inside her genitals. She went to hospital and found she had herpes which is another form of a HIV virus. When I asked where she was infected, her answer was that she got it from riding a horse. You get me? Riding a boyfriend at the dance who's tool was like a horse. 5/6/2009.
