Brazil immediately began a search mission off its northeastern coast.

Air France Flight 447, an Airbus A330, was carrying 216 passengers and 12 crew members, company spokeswoman Brigitte Barrand said. The flight left Rio on Sunday at 7 p.m. local time.

The plane disappeared about 190 miles (300 kilometers) northeast of the coastal Brazilian city of Natal, near the archipelago of Fernando de Noronha, a Brazilian air force spokesman said. The air force began a search began Monday morning near Fernando de Noronha, he added, speaking on condition of anonymity in keeping with air force policy.

The Airbus A330-200 sent automatic messages signaling equipment failure as it hit turbulence early in its 11-hour flight from Rio de Janeiro to Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris, Air France CEO Pierre-Henri Gourgeon told a news conference.

We are waiting now for more news, but Airfrance already admited that Airplane fell.

Don't call me a crazy guy, but i am. Since I have been in injured, I used to think crazy, and far away with others. Here is my opinion with Airbus 477 findings. If the Airplane didn't sink on the bottom of the Ocean, it flew out of the earth. It is in the space right now. I assume that the ozone of earht right at that area has big whole, the air pressure was real low, airplane has become little weight...and the pilot lost his control, and airplane direction. With that high velocity, the airplane flew out of the ozone, the earth. Therefore, it is in the space now. It's not only down the Ocean. If so, this is my USpattern. Thanks for your reading. If not, don't argue me, please, hihihihi. I am crazy but helpful.
