Does the Yeti or the Loch Ness monster really exist? How big can a pig really get? An Australian claims to have shot a giant feral pig that weighed nearly 220 Kilograms. The beast was gorging on a cow when it was first spotted. Later, the owner of the farm saw it again when he had gone up in a helicopter to have a look at the windmills on his property. The huge animal was finally shot dead and the locals devoured sausages made from its meat. The incident apparently happened some three years ago at a farm nearly 1500 kilometers from Perth but has come to light only recently. Many consider the photograph to be a fake but the owner of the farm vouches for its truth. This just goes to prove how little we know about our immediate surroundings. One is reminded of the Yeti and the Loch Ness monster – people write them off as figments of the imagination. But, in this case, there is some sort of evidence in the form of a photograph to show that such abnormal animals exist.
