IJT held "Down with America rally" in Karachi

Karachi: Islami Jamiat Talba (IJT) Karachi chapter organized a "Down with America" rally, from Khizra Mosque Saddar to Karachi Press Club, on Monday, June 01, 2009 against the ongoing military operation, US drone attacks and increasing interference of the US in Pakistani affairs.

The rally was led by Naib Amir JI Sindh Merajul Hudda Siddiqui and Nazim IJT Karachi Samiullah Hussaini. Participants chanted slogans against America for its policies towards Pakistan.

Speakers at the rally demanded that Dr.Afia Siddique, held under the custody of US, be freed as she is innocent.

They further demanded the government to order to its air fore to stop dronze and destroy them which are routinely breaching the sovereignty of the country.
