Problem with ballot papers, people could take a dozen of them and to stack the ballots they use different names even recently dead relatives and names of dead babies. They hand them in and the candidate they votes for wins hands down. In the provinces around here the candidates pass out envelopes full of money to the voters, and the one who gives out most money wins office. An automated counting system would do away with all that and people should be allowed to vote for who they want without being coaxed and enticed with tax payer's money. 29/5/2009.
