His story

The judicial system is seriously screwed up. I have witnessed many times people being treated as the dangerous person when really there just as much the vicitim. Decent people get screwed over and over. My boyfriend is currently in jail for a max of 3 years if I cannot come up with $500 for bail.

Here is his story:

He has two kids a son and a daughter and a bitch of an ex to have kids with. His ex is really the abusive one in the relationship. She has thrown everything you could ever think of; tv's, books, kitchen chairs, knives. But yet he continues to be the one punished by our court system. He truly loves his kids and wants what is best for them but unfortunately he is not allowed to see his kids because he has been punished unjustly for protecting his son. One day he was walking with his son in his arms and his ex was following behind continually hitting him, when one of her punches almost took their son in the head. When he saw how close she had come to hitting there son he went into defense mode and turned around and hit her in the jaw, and then continued to walk. He got a restraining order put on him against seeing his kids and her. He then went to jail for 2 years. Almost a year later after finishing his 2 years in jail he has been sent back after finding out that his ex has been lying to him about regaining custody of there kids. She had told him that she had been doing everything DCF had required for her to get the kids, only for him to find out from DCF she hasn't done anything and that they are planning on taking the kids permanently. He then called his ex on her cell phone and left her a message on her cell, threatening her. She then called him in and told them that he had broke the restraining order. He is now in jail for a max of 3 years. That will leave me alone for 3 years with a baby he will not be able to see until 3 years after he or she is born. I love him so much and I want him to have the chance he deserves at a happy life. Without a crazy insane bitch trying to ruin every good thing he has tried to pursue.
