In Pictures: The much awaited arrival of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie at Cannes Film Festival!

The couple had been apart and away from each other now and the rumors were that things aren’t going so well between the two but their appearance at the Cannes Film Festival was no less than two lovebirds walking down the red carpet.

They looked amazing together and once again they proved to be the most glamorous couple of Hollywood of this time. The Oscar winner 33, joined Brad, 45, and Tarantino at a dinner for the cast and crew of ‘Inglourious Basterds’ at the MichelangeloMichelangelo restaurant in Antibes, 7 miles down the coast from Cannes.

Angelina had been busy filming her new action thriller ‘Salt’ over the weekend and stopped off in the Netherlands on her way to Cannes to attend the trial of Congolese warlord who is accused of using child soldiers. Angelina was given special permission to have a few days off from filming to support Brad at the festival.

Their love filled appearance on the premier marked their 3rd joint appearance at the Cannes Film Festival in their four and a half year relationship. Last year, Angelina JolieAngelina Jolie was heavily pregnant with the couple’s twins Knox and Vivienne, who were born in France in July. They also attended in 2007 to promote Angelina’s ‘A Mighty Heart’ and Brad’s ‘Oceans Thirteen.’

The couple has been spending increasing time apart due to Angelina’s busy filming schedule as she has been filming ‘Salt’ in Washington D.C. and New York City. While Brad has been caring for their 6 children at a rented $40 million mansion on Long Islands’ Gold Coast – 50 miles away from Manhattan.

The couple has 6 children together – 3 biological and 3 adopted. Their brood comprises of Cambodian Maddox, 7, Vietnamese Pax Thien, 5, Ethiopian Zahara Marley, 4, Shiloh Nouvel, 3, and 10 month-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
