I am also writing it separately on 5/14 because, in addition to not telling the Court about his drunken analogies, he could cause an earthquake on 5/15.

5-15 Noon EST - Again, this is not the Chandra Levy Murder Racket article. But it now appears clear that it is the Bigger War For Israel Racket (aka "BWI") article.

Apparently, it still makes NO difference that Sen. Dodd and I always just play, "All For Leyna", by Billy Joel, every time the idea starts in. And the idea goes away so fast that the very first time we did it, with quotes from the song in a fax titled "Let (then D.O.D.) Wolfowitz Have Kittens Instead", Sharon actually ordered MRI's of all the unborn in Israel!

Well here is what happened this morning.

It sounded like ALL the condos could fall down. I do not care if it is HIS house. If he destroys it structurally it would belong to all condo owners to rebuild it.

So I called the police by phone while heading for Mohegans/Foxwoods again but I soon turned back and learned in person at the Police station, that this time, "Special Ops" Plavcan was not even there. He just had unmarked armored car looking thing:
"re-doing the floors"
I am glad the Police went in to notice that floors do not NEED re-doing in condos this young, too. Surely they also noted the name of the mystery floor rebuilding company.

And THEN I also got an IDEA. It was reminiscent only of what happened when I last caught Plavcan's apparent mentor, Vacuumbrain DOJ John Hughes, trying to steal my fingerprints off my Social Security brief in about December, 2000, when I warned them that I consider it a career in and of itself to just keep catching them at stuff and telling everyone.

Now, you see, because of an accident (fell down two staircases in one day at Court in the early 1990's) that caused serious neck and back injury, I am not supposed to be doing this much typing at all. And no matter where I put my feet while typing they swell up and my shoes feel uncomfortable.

So I headed for New Haven, left my shoes with a shoemaker to be adjusted, and drove home to East Haven barefoot while drinking OJ that I bought at a drive through.

I was actually almost hysterically laughing while walking across the condo parking lot barefooted, sipping OJ, while this unmarked armored car was banging away next door trying to keep up with Ayn's Dolly's floor while Ratzinger was leaving the Holy Land.

And I am still barefoot and sipping OJ while writing this. And it is almost 1 PM.

Been telling EVERYBODY, too, and warning people not to get too builder empathic about it; since Ayn truly is like a feather and ANYTHING that is normally tangential to her or the Holy Icon normally comes out honorable. BUT THESE GUYS SHOULD BE ARRESTING BARBARA BRANDEN AND NATHANIEL FOR ATTEMPTED CORRUPTION OF THE MORALS OF MINORS WHICH IS WHAT THEY GET PAID FOR. INSTEAD THEY ARE TEARING UP FLOORS FOR NO REASON EXCEPT A NEW ISRAEL THEY CANNOT HAVE A WAR FOR OR EVEN KEEP IF THEY WON ...WHILE GETTING PAID

PLUS there is still the subsidized Giuliani Ad Man invitation to terrorism and sanctuary violation with 24 hr NYPD guard at the corner of the Cuba U.N. mission in NYC.
HOW I promised the Republicans before their NYC Convention 2004, who kept bumping into zombies with Rich Clarke promises it would catch terrorists by inciting them, that I would be just like the one Honor Student against "knight" Waldheim Ad Man Popes each gunshot time ... by promising no violence if I kept the mute button on for the whole Convention... and it worked.

So today, 5/15. at about 6 PM after the unmarked armored car "floor" guys went away, I phoned the Cuba UN Mission to check if maybe THAT dangerousness was the "floor" they finally got rid of.

No. IT, too, still is there. (And there are other stories about it from the Bush Administration and how many times I caught DOJ/FBI stunts trying to use it to give VP Cheney a heart attack!!! And how this NEVER bothered N.Y. Sen. Hillary Reno-Clinton whom I now think should be locked up with Janet Reno.)

It is my "Ahmed Netantahu Younis" harassment song from the "Billboard 1968" CD with "My Green Tambourine" on it, so that they, who pretend I must have problems remembering Ayn and Begin while THEY try to speak FOR all of America, can try to sell it NOW:

5/19 - And today I got fan mail HERE:

"You can print off everything and wave it in their face. His name is Steven Grimaud, he's the President of the Crofton Civic Association in Crofton Maryland - the whole neighborhood he lives in is CIA and NSA. They all live together in gated communities, and spy on innocent people. that's what they do - while they themselves are criminals. They get police badges so they can rough people up and get away with it. Never provoke them - they dragged me out of my own home several times and threatened me - and this great President can still stand there and try to tell people to get along - and he knows what sorts of thugs work for the DOD"

Well I like Pres. Obama and as surely as I have no intention of letting anyone but the female victim next door actually LIVE there without being driven out by my music and floors and Ayn's Dolly, I see no reason to ignore the above letter. Congress should pass another Act firing these guys. How can women still live in a country with free wiretaps by no-honor thugs like this?

PS- She just thanked me and sent more of her shocking story including having her passport pulled when trying to return home from Canada and being harassed from job to job and really insulted for 30 years while trying to raise this guy's abandoned 7 year old daughter all her own with no support. AND she says that another is involved in compounding the tragedy / travesty and she now has a letter from DOD Secretary Gates:

"Then they hit me with a restraining order threatening me with arrest if I show up in Washington DC. I almost did it, but I wanted to go to Canada for vacation. I figure they're not worth it getting arrested. But I had a big sign made which I plan to carry outside Diane Feinstein's office - If I show up with this sign in front of the Federal building, they'll drag me off. They'll erase my name and me with it."

I am transmitting her allvoices.com name to Sen. Feinstein through Sen. Dodd so I do not think she will have to get arrested or march outside any Senator's office to get attention and I have told her so. She did not say the DOD got the Restraining Order..which sounds like Vacuumbrain to me.

THE CHANDRA LEVY MURDER RACKET REVISITED

NO WAY IS GUANDIQUE RESPONSIBLE.
Chandra disappeared and was killed in the wake of police/FBI sponsored wholly unlawful Matt Hale assault on Connecticut in March-April, 2001, which resulted in ONE protesting victim who was wrongfully incarcerated and whom I was visiting in prison at the time Chandra disappeared in DC. He had pled guilty after being physically hit by his Public Defender who thereby forced him to accept a plea bargain.
I do not ordinarily practice criminal law and had never visited a prison before and my law license is New York only; but the essence of the case I was building on this prisoner’s behalf was not only to obtain Connecticut counsel for him for habeas corpus due to the physical abuse to vacate his plea but also to establish that no one arrested in the wake of anything connected to Matt Hale, who should have been arrested in 1999 by the FBI, could be represented by Pubic Defenders who are paid from the same funds as Police and the FBI.
What I was building was a very threatening case against the FBI with embarrassing long term implications inclusive of 2-3 tear term limits on all agents.
Within ONE DAY after Chandra disappeared I was hit with a phoney C Misdemeanor arrest warrant that omitted mention that I am a lawyer.
It was pure garbage and not a problem for me to fight … but it locked me out of visiting the prisoner while it remained pending.
The warrant itself stated that the police tried to get a Judge to sign it several times earlier since the March Hale assault (visit), but they had been unsuccessful.
I therefore am and have for eight years been absolutely convinced that Chandra, who was in intern at the Bureau of Prisons and who probably would have eventually gone to law school and been a great lawyer, was murdered by the same voodooo Matt Hale sponsoring FBI/DC Police professionals for these reasons alone: all in some attempt to stop me which will never happen.

AND GUANDIQUE SHOULD NOT HAVE PUBLIC DEFENDERS EITHER.
It does not matter that the FBI finally arrested Hale in 2002. What matters is that Hale was still not arrested on the day Chandra disappeared.
But they could not arrest Hale sooner, since bin Laden was aiming for the FBI because of Hale and just did not know it yet.
Bin Laden had no knowledge of America, but he could sense ANY corruption that would onflict with Islam with troops ib Saudi Arabia. And if Hale was arrested he would have immediately called back his searchers, who were themselves later hijacked to hit the WTC and Pentagon and White House instead of the FBI building.
