Naming a child is really hard. You want to name that little piece of joy with a name that represents them. But these days parents are not thinking of their kids future. They don't care if in the future they would be teased because of their names. These weird names are all over the world for example in the Dominican Republic. These names have set a bit of controversy over the caribbean. Dear pineapple is one of the names that translates into Querida pina. Judge Jose Aquinas wanted to ban weird names after families wore naming their kids after car brands and cartoon characters. But the commission said thursday that parents can name their kids what ever they please. well we hope that these kids don't get bullied in school.

This is an interesting topic that you brought up! i know a lot of people who actually hate their name so much that when they grow up, they actually change it. and some cant go through the hassle and stick to it for life and pass it on to their kids for a second name! parents need to take this more seriously, i mean why would they want to do this to their own kids? plus translating names is a whole different thing, there are names in every country and language that have wonderful meanings but when translated into english , probably sound funny!
