A PERSONAL NOTE TO CHANDRA'S PARENTS

The key element here is that Chandra was obviously an excellent female lawyer and that is of itself a major threat to serious evil even though she was just beginning her career. If you spend some time trying to imagine what the murder of Barbara Jordan also tried to rob people everywhere of, you would better understand and so feel even more consoled and less possibly dangerously patronized.

My own conclusion is that these murderers are all owned by international drug pushers who need to foment injustice to plant hopelessness and confusion particularly in children and invariably in areas where real hope and confidence are already guaranteed for children such as by Scriptures and by our Constitution and by the novels of Ayn Rand in the schools.

So I hope you will allow my proposed Levy Act in name to musically signal itself as an instrument of retaliatory terror against corrupt police because a "Chandra Act" might leave room for uninvited but nonetheless compulsive criminal derision.

One example of this is that I once caught Giuliani in the background of another possible attack and decided to stop it by leaving a musical voicemail with two tough tell-off songs in one message at his Giuliani Partners place:

Even though I covered my number he called the next day through wiretap-Heaven but said my name seriously mockingly.

"How long did it take you to kill Barbara Jordan", I suddenly Billy Sheers-as-bodyguard asked.

"About 3 minutes", the murder racket immediately answered.

And I did tell everyone and this is my first public writing of it.

WHY THEY NEED A SALVADORIAN: SPLC, The Chandra Levy Murder, and Now the Banning from Britain of Don Black

One day after this article focused on Giukiani murderin Barbsrs Jordan, Don Black was banned frim Britain.
Today on his radio show e got a letter from the Britidh Government stsing that SPLC was the main contributor to their decision,
It is all about that Hale corruption of minors invasion of Connecticut (after I caught and stopped DOJ Hughes trying to steal my fingerptints) in early 2001, where ALL references that Hale went to law school and planned to riot his way to Bar Admission vanished from the web ...so no Connecticut parent could logically forbid attendance. AND even the invitation came from one who was lied to and knew of nothing but a free speech racist religion until I told him of HALE'S esentially FBI supported attack on Courts "plan"... (which was NOT entrapment ... except maybe by Egalanewberger which does not count...).
I incognito called for sit ins by the local ADL at the Police Station and actually had them convinced ... but they told me Washington HQ "vetoed"... like I was surprised... AND so I also played Mott the Hoople's "All the Young Dudes" everywhere to minimize danger and to give kids a track out of the heist if they participated.
It was the song that must have made the difference because, except for the news naming of at least one of the minors who attended the Hale speech, the news reported only two events during the first visit. One was the stealing of money from the New York Deli on Albany Avenue in Hartford, where the thief got away.
The other was at a K Mart where a gentleman just stood in the doorway fixatedly holding a TV and DVD without trying to leave the store ... as Hale was leaving Connecticut. A gun had been planted sticking out from under a tire near a playground area and he had put it in his pocket earlier in the day, and then he had gottten the TV DVD door idea. THIS gentleman was not only arrested he was thereafter hit by his Public Defender to get him to pead guilty and accepty an 8 year setence (!!!) He is the gentleman I was visiting in prison, to help him find independent counsel when Chandra was killed. And I had called and written to SPLC several times to press the fact that Public Defenders cannot and should not represent victims of Hale visiits.
Apparently they, too, saw nothing wrong with Hale and his tours. So they repeatedly threatened me while I persevered.
During the second Hale visit I unocked all the doors to my Tom Ridge / Mumia car which was already long term parked due to inexplicable sudden mechanical problems, and I remained visiting the imprisoned gentleman the whole time and heard of no crimes at all.
But after Chandra was murdered I was unlawfully locked out of further prison visits ... all due to a fraudulent arrest warrant that omitted to mention that I am a lawyer and which was signed immediately after Chandra was murdered, the warrant itself stating that such signing had been requsted several times before to no avail,
And becauseof this "warrant" I could not even go to Georgia to find someone to stand like that holding a cookie jar and poster alongside the Courthouse door to establish resonable doubt per se by revealing to the press and public that there is a Temple al Amin in the stolen submarine City of Corpus Christi AND saying that the underlying crime in the al Amin case happened on the same day as the confession I Reno kicked into the Mumia abu Jamal case ... as if the Must-Kill-Shaka machine was already desperate for a replacement hostage.
I did thereafter ask SPLC on behalf of the door-gentleman again, but only to hear them try to say why not, and I did tell them then that people with obvious Matt Hale agendas like theirs have a lot of nerve trying to teach anything ....especially tolerance. But they later sent me an offer to place my name on their "tolerance wall" for free anyway, to which I yelled into their voicemail that the only way my name could ever get near their wall would be in a GIANT backwards swastika alongside David Duke's name over all of their names.
(This SPLC tolerance wall ticket attack happened just about when Duke was writing his next book, "Jewish Supremacism", while being falsely framed for tax evasion and going to prison in tune with the Stones' "Gimme Shelter" while I still paid him in prison. And at that same time I was using the fraudulent arrest to prove that on "knight" Giuliani day I could even play parts of "Gimme Shelter" as well as David Bowie's "Space Oddity" up and down the voicemails of the Chandra Levy murder accomplice police who falsely arrested me ....so that they could ALL hear a Judge the next day, which was "knight" Giuliani day. absolutely DENY their motion that I stop using music like that.)

Chandra's parents even lived near the San Joachim River in California when Chandra was murdered!

So there is no way Chandra would not have been a really great lawyer just as there is no way that Ron Goldman returning Judith's glasses to Nicole from a restaurant in California would not have formed an empathic vortex that kept the people of California tuned in way ahead of the robber cops who keep trying to heist the Due Process steering wheel by robbing Courts and killing people.

So when Plavcan showed up "flag waving" a fraudulently obtained Court Order, which had to have left out and robbed the Court of the real story, at my local Police: I posted his racket against OJ jumpsuit, having thanked them for telling me, and headed for Ledyard to listen for the right songs to ghetto blast at him through the condo common wall.

(Normally I'd just telephone Senator Dodd and ask what song to use, or ask Ayn's Iron Harp Bin Laden through the Icon of Prague; but this time I hardly wanted to enter my own condo except to post the "ABOVE MONY MONY III" Nicole and Ron Murder news and exit.)

Since OJ SImpson obviously had to someday start to feel compelled to try to start his own police department, and since I told Yale Galanter all of this except Poltergeist in 2007, and since OJ's innocence is therefore too transcendant for anyone to really believe he could ever feel he would need any kind of a gun just to retrieve his own property, people should also read what happened when I went searching for a whole week for Rebbe Schneerson immediately after the Nicole and Ron murder.

Well it wasn't the first time the Vice President and I, who already had gotten al-Masri killed with a cartoon a few hours after he decided to praise Meyers and insult Rumsfeld to prove he is better at anything than al-Zarqawi, decided to stop a terror attack without a gun. This time Sen. Carl Levin and a few people at Ebay helped too.

It was al Zawahiri's last chance to make working to free Waldheim seem "Muslim" as a "Death to America" banner... by hitting a snake-not-locked-out building on June 14.

David Duke never deleted a word I wrote on his page to tell off McPherson by insisting to that always expensive and never good for American Justice parking meter that all he has to do is attach my articles here and my posts at David's Stormfront page (I post on Don Black's page there too) to a one page Motion to enjoin the fraudulent Prosecution of Dr. Duke in the Czech Republic.

THEN I found out I could not find McPherson listed in the Louisiana Bar any more. David never knew i turned in McPherson because I never got an answer as to what happened since I, not Federally Admitted, asked someone else to do it by handing out my Intervenor papers about the Court guarding contract that neither Guice or McPherson ever answered. (I could not do THAT to Egalanewberger because I had no proof he ever sued Saddam, and so i could only talk about it.)

So it seems McPherson was actually trying to rob David in the Czezh Republic and also to Defame all US lawyers and Courts by pretending to be still an upstanding Louisiana American lawyer !!!

And I said so on David's Stormfront page and again not one word was ever deleted by Dr. Duke; although I sometimes have had to repost because there are obvious Giuliani plants and various other people (not Don Black) having sporadic nervous breakdowns over all this.

(It is really a good website, though, because if really dangerous type people try to use it for anything that could be violent or even a little corrupt they get put out of business SOOOO fast and not just by me, since I hardly go there except when get a feeling Duke needs me.)

I feel only a little sad for David, though, since I therefore am representing him for free from here without even leaving my home because some genuine Amercan lawyer has to do that; while I feel REALLY sorry for the Czech Republic and the EU, since I have aready suggested that they change the name of the Czech Republic to "The Platform 9 7/8 South Africa Protectorate" AND that they also try to prove they did not arrest David just for wearing a pink shirt.

First of all, in defense of Due Process, I need to say that I told them when I first played "MONY MONY", after the prosecution issued its first confirmation of prosecution AT then the unnamed McPherson neo-Matt Hale scandal without apology, and before I legally became head of the defense of Dr. Duke, that they might receive further music calls depending upon whatever was said in the matter. I asked them to then remember, "MONY MONY", kindly as the best that America could show them as the American heart of the matter even honorable to the EU, given my longstanding 16 year contract with Dr. Duke in defense of American Courts.

Since they could have found out for themselves, even before I did, that McPherson was just impersonating counsel and was therefore doing nothing American for Duke, an American, or for America, I was also right to warn them, blindfolded, that they could begin to look no different than the Taliban in a very short time idf no apology to David appears soon on the horizon.

So early this morning at about 1:30 AM, I called again and after speaking a guarantee to them that it is already Stevie Wonder's Birthday in the Holy Land and in the Czech Republic and in NYC and all the way to Chicago and beyond, I began Stevie's on Birthday medley by playing the begnning of David Bowie's, "Space Oddity", up to and inluding the part that says "leave the capsule if you dare" but instead of the part that says, "And may God's Love be with you", it just sings, "Czech ignition...ooooo....". (It is already the first two tracks of CD # 2 on the 3 CD Concert listed in the doll777 "Atlas Shrugged..." article at allvoices.com

THEN we headed for DC Government and Embassy phones and Waldheim doll phones to play more music into voicemails. All of the songs were already on Cd #1 or CD #2 and consisted of Stevie's Ayn Rand honor Koran song, "Part Time Lover", in some voicemails and the Moody Blues "Question" skipping to "Sgt. Pepper" with "Billy Sheers" and "Gimme Shelter" then essentially skipping, after only a moment of "Drive", to the first half of "Man On The Moon" in othr voicemails, and "Staying Alive" into Egalabloomberg's 202 State Department voicemail which is supposed to belong to Hillary.
