President Obama if you are outraged about your backup flight flying over ground zero trailed by an F-16 chase plane that terrorized and tortured American citizens under the principles of the CIA Torture Matrix then maybe you should apply that same outrage over “provable” ongoing covert war crimes being committed by known federal agents and agencies under clandestine U.S. black projects that continue to torture American and world citizens as involuntary human test animals for the development of systemic genocidal practices for negative eugenics. American citizens and others are being systematically murdered by components of the U.S. Government funded by the deep pockets of the syndicated consortiums of the military industrial complex.

Possibly you would be outraged that my source in the U.S. Secret Service volunteered that former president George H.W. BushGeorge H.W. Bush ordered the covert testing of an Electromagnetic Pulse radiation weapon from a refitted A-6E over New York City that subsequently killed American and Canadian citizens and was whitewashed in a cover-up by Senator John McCainJohn McCain, whose hearing placed the blame on a power company engineer – a dry run for 911. The Bush family has traded against America since WWI – they are traitors and a continuing criminal enterprise.

Possibly you would be outraged that my sources in the U.S. Intelligence community revealed that on the same day when golfer Payne Steward’s Learjet 35 aircraft [N47BA] lost cabin pressure, it was shot-down by an F-16 that scrambled faster than those deployed during the 911 hijacking from the adjacent AF Base next to Sunset Aviation in Orlando, Florida [Governor Jeb BushJeb Bush of Florida].

The same firm that manufactured the programmable Avionics on all of the 911 hijacked jetliners and their environmental air pressurization system [cabin pressure] also is the same firm that produces the environmental system for the Learjet 35. The maintenance facility for that firm abuts a CIA black flight location, which also abuts the takeoff point for Payne Steward. The introduction of some unspecified sleeping agent intended to leave no trace in the body or simply causing suffocation at altitude in ten seconds from a sudden loss of ‘cabin pressure’ with air masks that fail to deploy and function would quickly silence a flight crew and the complement of passengers - a dry run perhaps for events to come.

Possibly you would be outraged that Michael Connell, Karl RoveKarl Rove’s Republican IT Specialist died in private plane crash three days before testifying in court regarding “Middleman Black-box” election fraud during both the 2000 and 2004 U.S. Presidential Elections [Monday, December 22, 2008].

Possibly you would be outraged that CIA Chief William Egan Colby was found floating beneath the water’s surface at his riverfront southern Maryland home three days before testifying concerning the death of Dr. Frank Olson and involuntary human testing [Sunday, January 4, 1920 – Saturday, April 27, 1996], Colby was replaced at the CIA by George H.W. Bush.

On this 100th day, will you grant my request for a Presidential Investigative Commission and instruct U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to appoint a Special Independent Prosecutor since I have been tortured and terrorized for over eight years following my five year employment with the FBI and having been illegally targeted with a neutralization campaign. With me is irrefutable evidence of guilt relating to ongoing crimes against the United States of America; treason; torture; terrorism; continuing acts of espionage with an entity of a foreign power; the leaking of classified and federally sealed documents; government corruption and cover-ups; warrantless wiretapping; constitutional disenfranchisement; HIPAA violations; political retribution; the punitive removal of my awarded Social Security Disability Benefits following my refusal of a threat from the Bush administration not to publish; the use of a former federal agent and federal felon that I assisted the USDOJ to prosecute, to stalk, threatened and accost me while in treatments for cancer; murder; money laundering and the conversation of government funds by federal administrators; money laundering and corruption alleged by a government whistleblower involving Senator Chris DoddChris Dodd and his father; the wrongful deaths of government witnesses; involuntary human testing; et al.

Are we a nation of laws or do we tell the American people that their mothercountry remains an overthrown virtual death camp environment where factory closings will eventually be replaced by suicide clinics? Do we tell the American people that under the U.S. Declaration of Independence it is upon them to remove the enemies of the United States of America and restore the constitutional democracy of this republic? Are you my President?

Notice has been given under Title 18 of the United States Code that past and pending attacks against the United States of America remain ongoing by culpable actors within the U.S. infrastructure.

This is a demand for the appointment of a Special Independent Prosecutor and the installation of a federal group one investigation into the matter titled Black File 7001, the ongoing cover-up of U.S. Government corruption, covert war crimes, acts of torture and psyops terrorism affected on U.S. soil. Unless President Obama intends to continue espousing false truths concerning the U.S. Government’s position on torture, the executive must immediately establish a Presidential Investigative Commission to examine the subsequent case files in my possession from those torture victims and involuntary human test animals of U.S. black projects around the world that are collectively known as Targeted Individuals [TIs]. For the past eight years while residing in the State of Oregon, City of Beaverton, I Robert Dov Levin have endured beyond my human limits, the status of being a torture victim and involuntary human test animal of a black project while subjected to actionable offences of political retribution as a neutralization campaign employing the tactics, techniques and technologies of the CIA Torture Matrix while remaining targeted by culpable agents and agencies of the U.S. Government. The names of the guilty are known, the evidence of government guilt is irrefutable, there is legal standing with clear grounds for a Bivens action, and universal jurisdiction strongly exists in this matter. One way or the other the American people and those globally affected are going to have justice; either with the assistance of the U.S. Government while trying to help it find the face it lost after so many have violated their sworn oaths of office or I’ll stand alone on any soapbox offered to apply the truth as a surgical instrument to remove this cancer from the world of human beings.

Now are you human beings or corporatist Nazi parasites infecting my mothercountry?
