People jab self-made drugs injections themselves in Pakistan. It is very simple. Addicts do only two type of activities round the clock. One is searching for powder (heroin) and the other is jabbing it into their veins with hypodermic needle. Firstly, they purchase a small packet of heroin (a very little amount of heroin powder wrapped up in paper) against 80 Pakistani Rupees. Secondly, they prepare their injection by mixing powder into normal water; the water is often taken from a cistern or some other open sources, in a small domestic pot such as silver pots, which are commonly used in Pakistani kitchen. Then they simply fill injection pipe, (which is sometimes over and over again used) with that solution and jab it into their vessels/veins. www.pakacademy.com has taken some shots of them.
