Here are the 9 legal drugs with side effects scary enough to make you think twice before you have them!

If we ever notice, every time we bring a pile of medicines home, we bring along a long list of possible side effects of those medicines. But keeping the treatment to our ailments in mind, we decide against the side-effects and go on taking the risk every time we swallow those pills to get cured.

Quite interestingly, I ran across a blog where some legal drugs were listed with some of the most strange and scary side effects that led to think that if I ever read those side-effects on any medicine that I am taking, I would prefer living the ailment instead of risking myself with those kind of severe side-effects.

Here are those 9 legal drugs and their scary side-effects!

1. MIRAPEX – For “Restless Leg Syndrome”

* “…hallucinations may occur…”

* “…increased gambling, sexual, or other overpowering urges…”

2. ABILIFY – Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia

* “Coma or death…And trouble swallowing.”

3. ALLI – Weight loss aid

* These changes may include gas with oily discharge, an increased number of bowel movements, an urgent need to have them and an inability to control them.”

4. FLOMAX – For enlarged prostrate (mainly frequent urination)

* Runny nose, dizziness, and decrease in semen.

5. VERAMYST – “Treats allergy symptoms with a gentle fine mist that is scent -free.”

* “Nasal sores, glaucoma, cataracts and nasal fungal infection”

* More disturbingly, Veramyst used to say, “The way VERAMYST works is not entirely understood.”

6. ORTHO-NOVUM – “Birth control pill”

* “…benign but dangerous liver tumors. These benign liver tumors can rupture and cause fatal internal bleeding. In addition, some studies report an increased risk of developing liver cancer.”

7. ADVAIR – “Asthma treatment”

* “Asthma related death”

8. CHANTIX – “Anti-smoking aid”

* “Nausea, sleep disturbance, constipation, flatulence, and vomiting.”

9. ACCUTANE – “Acne treatment”

* Depressed mood, trouble concentrating, sleep problems, crying spells, aggression or agitation, changes in behavior, hallucinations, thoughts of suicide or hurting yourself;

* Sudden numbness or weakness, especially on one side of the body;

* Blurred vision, sudden and severe headache or pain behind your eyes, sometimes with vomiting

* Loss of appetite, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes);

* Severe pain in your upper stomach spreading to your back, fast heart rate;

* Fever, chills,, body aches, flu symptoms, purple spots under your skin, easy bruising or bleeding. Joint stiffness, bone pain or fracture

* Severe diarrhea, rectal bleeding, black, bloody, or tarry stools.

So, as the last one goes, you will be at risk of having all these side-effects which more or less cover dysfunction of almost all organs of your body but hey, here’s the good news; you won’t have pimples anymore!
