10 butchered in Pakistan over property dispute

A man allegedly killed his brother, sister-inlaw and their eight children over a land dispute in near Lahore on Thursday, police said. Sialkot district police chief M Amin said Zafar Javed, a resident of Daska town, had a dispute with his brother Yousaf Javed over the possession of their ancestral land. Early on Thursday, Zafar and his son entered Yousaf’s house and slaughtered the family with sharp-edged weapons. Amin said Zafar’s son and wife had been arrested.
