WORLD WAR II CRIMINAL’S DEPORTATION PUT OFF DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS.....

CLEVELAND – The deportation of a German war time criminal was delayed on grounds that he was not able to travel to his country of origin due to ill health.

A panel consisting of three judges of the sixth U.S. Circuits court of Appeals permitted a stay until they considered the criminal, Demjanjuk`s motion to be reopened that had ordered him to be deported back to Germany. He had implored that due to his painful condition, it would be torturous for him to travel to his place of origin.

An arrest warrant in Germany had previously claimed that the now 89 year old war criminal was an accessory to about 29,000 deaths during the Second World War at a camp in Poland.

Once he returns, he could be tried and charged in court of law in Germany.

I concur with slydog. How many of those 29,000 human beings that this monster was an accessory to murdering were in pain before and at the time of their deaths? No sympathy here!
