UNDERWORLD DON "GORAYA" IN DELIRIUM WHEN STATING AGAINST HIGH COURT JUDGE

The famous underworld don "NANU GORAYA" has been well known in the city of Gujranwala, Pakistan where he had terrorized the local residents by threatening, blackmailing, ransom, robberies, murders and everything one can possibly imagine about a REAL UNDERWORLD DON.

Although he has been killed during a police encounter on 17th January, 2009 when he tried to escape from their custody but a "CONFESSION VIDEO BY NANU GORAYA" had been the center of attention for some media elements. Goraya confessed in this video that the Chief Justice of Islamabad High court, Justice Bilal Khan had links with him and he offered to clear all his cases. He further alleged that they both went together to a night club and heavily drank Scotch Whisky. Goraya also stated “When we finished drinking, the justice lost his heart for the dancing girl".

The matter has been taken up by the Supreme court these days and is subjudious but the following important facts have been discovered.

1) Interestingly, the History of NANU GORAYA CLEARLY reveals that he is a regular drinker.

2) If anybody closely observes the CONFESSION VIDEO of GORAYA, he appears to be in delirious state, probably the hypo active one, which can be explained by his addiction to alcohol.

3) The observation of his pupil suggest "pin point pupil" which can be due to OPIOID overuse and he can be under the DRUG HIGH and Euphoric during confession.

4) A possibility of LSD or Angel Dust usage can't be ruled out in this case.

From the discussion above we can make out that the statement made by a person in delirious state or under some drug high can't be called as ABSOLUTELY RELIABLE. Interestingly, this matter came up in the media by the journalists who were against those Judges who continued during Former President's rule and Justice Bilal was one amongst them.

We Strongly appeal to the Government of Pakistan, the civil society and the media and Specially the Supreme Court of Pakistan to form a tribunal of Doctors and Forensic Experts to find the addiction status of GORAYA and statement given by him under some drug high. As it is a crucial matter of a High Court Judge, Exhumation of GORAYA's body shall also be allowed to be examined by medical tribunal and forensic experts while toxicology report should also be followed up before declaring any verdict.
