New Greatful Dead Music

Dead Heads rejoice, new music is on the way. On April 7 two separate sets are being released; “Winterland 73: The complete Recordings” has previously been available only on Dead.com but will be released to retail outlets. “Winterland” is a nine disc set of the three night residency in Winterland containing every song from all the concerts.

“To Terrapin: Hartford 77” is a three disc set of 21 previously unreleased songs from the concert in Hartford in the spring of 1977 – the end of a tour many dead heads consider the best; 26 shows in 37 days. The 16 page book that accompanies the set contains photos from the concert. The set will be available on Dead .com and via retail outlets. The Dead line up for the Hartford show were: Jerry Garcia, Donna Jean Godchaux, Keith Godchaux, Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, Phil Lesh, and Bob Weir.
