"Millions of islamic terrorists in Bangladesh" opines an University professor

A fantastic figure of the number of islamic terrorist in Bangladesh was given by Dr Abul Barkat a professor of Economics in Dhaka University , according to whom the total number of terrorists is over 36 million. He thinks the number has increased by atleast on million each year since independence. Such mind boggling calculation is based on the money invested in the creation of different islamic institutions in the country such as islamic banks, insurance companies, medical centers, educational institutions ,industries etc. He thinks all the people employed and benefitted by these institutions are in a way islamic jongis(terrrorists). According to him total money invested in these institutions during the last five years of the BNP rule is over 9000 billion taka. However such an idea is not shared by the Apex busines people of the country who thinks that this type of opinion creates a negative opinion in the international arena and also belittles the importance of actual terrorists . Even the local law enforcing agencies do not think that islamic terrorists have any power left to do any damage to the country in the immediate future.
