Rory Doyle ,Senior research scientist at engineering company BMT group, which developed the robotic fish with Essex university researches collaboration.

This Robot fish is to be released into the sea off north Spain to get the information & details about pollution.

If this trial is successful, the scientist thought to release these robot fishes in river, lakes & seas across the world.

This robotic fish is 1.5 metres long as the size similar to Seal.

The carb-shaped robot fish cost US $ 29000 a piece ,which imitates the motion of real fish and this robot fish is equipped with chemical sensors to sniff out the potentially dangerous pollutants. This robot fish will transfer the information it gets in the sea back to shore using Wi-Fi technology.

These Robotic fish can do their work independently without the need for any governance by Humans.
