Soccer match or war?

The poice in Amsterdam have found weapons in supporter bus of Olympic-Marseille hours before the "high risk"match between the Dutch soccer team Ajax and Olympic-Marseille would take place.

Late this afternoon eleven supportes have also been arrested. They are charged with vandalism, illigal weapons and violent acts in public places. The police wouldn't or couldn't say if the arrested supporters were fans of Ajax or Olympic-Marseille.

My question is: are these people going to a soccer match or are they trying to start world war 3. If soccer supporters can't behave why are they allowed to go those games?
