Jobs in India at the Times of Recession

Pune : This is really bad time and its beginning. If this is the beginning, what will be the end when the cycle turns to bottom of its downward. People are afraid of loosing their jobs. Its difficult to change the mental situation of joblessness. So people are not ready to spend anything from their pocket. Anything big. Like new purchase of houses or luxurious cars or alike. The spending effects less money in other people's hands. So the next front also keep their money safely and do not spend. This cycle goes on and in turn, nobody is willing to spend anything from their own pocket.

This is the worst part of the game of recession. Nobody spending, nobody buying. So manufacturing is less, so ultimately the jobs are less. The effect for a nation like India is vast when compared to its population of 1,100,000,000.

So what's the solution? All the solution the Government is doing is superficial and not reaching the root level. The root level is in the minds of people. People should feel like they will not loose their jobs at any cost. So the purchase will start and the cycle will gain the speed towards the uphill. So is the happy ending.
