Pakistan and India, as much as they try to cooperate with each other, they have a history of not getting along and this is something relatively equal to those black patches and hopeful as anyone may want to remain about this, I doubt this cooperation would be productive in a positive way. - ReplyPosted By

Both nations are well aware of the fact that cooperation is a must under the present circumstances. How they now cope with it all depends on the leaders of these two nations.
