Boys May Face Child Porn Charges For 'Sexting'

Now a days,child ponography is becoming mania for criminal world.
As per my knowledge,under the current law, it is illegal to distribute child pornography.

Japan's Justice Minister Eisuke Mori told that child pornography laws must be revised quickly to strengthen measures to protect children.

As per police report , the number of child pornography victims reached 300 last year,which is the highest since authorities began recording such data in 2000.

Mori told that the increasing number of child victims is a serious problem, as the victimized children are suffering emotional pain for their entire lives. As there is also sometimes the shame of having the obscene material posted on the Internet.

The opposition Democratic Party is working to draft a law which punishes anyone who purchases child pornography but does not criminalize owning the material.
