The Bugatti Veyron is considered to be the World's fastest car and is produced by Volkswagen Group subsidiary Bugatti Automobiles SAS. It is currently one of the fastest accelerating and decelerating production cars in the world, with a 0 -100- 0 time of 8.6 seconds and, at 1.1 million Euro (1.5 million USD) , it is also one of the most expensive cars in the world.
The gallery contains images of a Veyron owned by Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Sheikh Mohammad is the Prime Minister and VP of the United Arab Emirates, as well as, the ruler of the city state, Dubai. In 2008, his wealth was estimated at $18 billion USD. This made him the world's fifth richest royal. The registration number of the Veyron is " UAE 1 " , the most expensive numbers in UAE.
Its a strange thing , at one end of the world people are dying of hunger & poverty and here Sheikhs are enjoying the luxuries of life. I wonder what other cars this Sheikh has. Well, just googled him.. he's one hell of a Sheikh.. he can afford anything, as I read somewhere "Sheikh gets whatever he wants". Cool ..right?
