Excellent and infromative report. I remember Joe Gilliam from my childhood, but I didn't know about Harris and Dickey.
I remember well the day Doug Williams won the Super Bowl with the Redskins, and I remember thinking it was quite the irony that the first black quarterback to win the Super Bowl was playing for a team called the "Redskins." I was also very happy to see that old, ugly myth about the inadequacy of black QBs being buried once and for all.
