Remember there are only very few damages that are reversible, what’s done can rarely be undone. It can be replaced or erased physically but the impact of doing remains for as long as one wishes to keep. No matter how devastated you are left after some fight or insensitive act of someone. You can not completely erase that moment; not letting go that moment will also not help in minimizing the impact of that damage.

Not forgiving someone is a way of satisfying once thirst for revenge. But if you notice closely not forgiving makes you think about that issue a lot more times than it does to the person who caused it. And over everything else once you forgive and let it go, your nerves celebrate that forgiveness a lot more than of the culprit.

People who don’t forgive easily are not able to move on in life, they are held back in past by tentacles of grudges. Their vision becomes restricted and annoyed, in order to spread your wings and fly, you need to get rid of emotional luggage.

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction is an equation that is applicable almost every where. So, once you get known for being forgiving, others also set you free and ignore a lot more of your idiosyncrasies than they would have under normal circumstances.
