Fata Should have an Elected Tribal Council, Hassan JI

Muhammad Hassan Ameer Jamat-e-Islami(JI) Khyber Agency said that there should be an elected tribal council which have the power to make any changes or amend in FCR (Frontier Crimes Regulations) or even to bring new Law. But it should make cleared that each and every law should have a Jarga System, by which huge problems of our socity can be solved so easily. A jarga system can solve any conflict between any two parties in a days rather than courts where years to be served. He also added that the powers of political agent should be curtailed and be made answerable to the elected council. He said that said that FCR was against the human rights and Islam, that is why he asked the Prime Minister to prove to be sincere by remove it from the necks pf the tribesmen by suc a way that each tribesmen accept it. He proposed that every article of FCR contradictory to the human rights and Islam should be abolished from it. He said that Shariayt-Islam is only Law that can improve our system in a better way.
