"Hamas demands to lift Israel sanctions "
Still today,there is no major clashes between Israel and Hamas since January 18th, when both sides unilaterally withdrew from the 3-week fighting.
The leader of the Islamist organization Hamas has demanded that Israel lift its economic blockade as a precondition to a ceasefire agreement.
Hamas deputy political leader, Musa Abu Marzouk, says his group has sent a delegation to Cairo to negotiate a long-term ceasefire between the two nations.
He says that the condition is to open all the gates in the Gaza Strip, reiterating that Israel lift its sanction.
