WAR CRIMES: HAMAS SHOULD BE CHARGED, NOT ISRAEL

SAN FRANCISCO, CA,--Hamas should be charged with "War Crimes"--using rockets, indiscriminately, to murder innocent people and using, in a battle, innocent people as shields.

It is strange: People around the world know that Hamas was killing people, indiscriminately, by firing rockets into Israel: children, elders, and innocent visitors, who have nothing to do with middle east problems, were being killed or injured by these rockets. Because they were Israelis, Jews, Americans, etc, the world said, "SO WHAT!"

The Israelis had a very good reason to go into Gaza. Many people in world knew the reason: To stop the killers(Hamas) from firing rockets into Israel.

"Israel is killing the Palestinians people for no reason." was the cry from the Hamas propagandist, when Israel retaliated. But the evidence shows that many of the people who were hurt or killed were being used as shields by the killers(Hamas).

When an Israeli, or any soldier, comes across a killer holding innocent people as a shield, he should say: "Don't fire, don't fire, Please, I beg you, let them go, so I can shoot you before you try to murder me." Meanwhile, the killer's weapon is facing the Israeli soldier--the Israeli soldier sees the trigger-finger being pulled and shoots first, killing the killer. Several people are killed by the killer's gun going off before it hits the floor. Hamas propagandist scream,"War Crimes, War Crimes.

The same thing: Rockets being fired from a small group of people in a village. Israel takes out the rocket launcher, innocent people, who live in the area, are injured. Hamas propagandist scream, "War Crimes, War Crimes."

Anyone who has common sense, would realize Hamas leaders are the ones that should be brought to trial for "Killing innocent people," and for "using innocent people as shields." In other words, it's all right for the killers(Hamas) to do this, but when Israel trys to stop the rockets from coming over into Israel; and an Israeli soldier defends himself, they should be prosecuted for "War Crimes", according to Hamas propagandist.

Remember, the problem started when Hamas would not stop shooting rockets into Israel.
