Bolivian President Evo Morales announced that Bolivia is to be re-established after voters voted for a new constitution that puts an end to the colonial state. Morales said that that thanks for the consciousness of the Bolivian people, the era of feudalism and Barons ended. The new constitution gives the state more powers and gives indigenes a biggest role in the state. However, the regions enjoying self governance oppose Morales as well as the Catholic Church. However, Bolivian TV had announced Sunday at night the approval over the Bolivian new constitution with a majority of 58%, while 41% of voters opposed the new constitution to be.
